摘要
冲天炉熔炼控制滞后这一难题一直影响着冲天炉熔炼控制水平的进一步提高。本研究提出在人工智能控制中,引入前馈控制技术以及炉气温度和炉气成分两个辅助被控制量来解决熔炼控制滞后的难题,为进一步提高冲天炉熔炼质量、获取优质铸件、提高铸造业生产效率和经济效益打下基础。
The problem of dalay of control of cupola has been solved by employing feed forward control and two added inputs i.e.temperature and composition of gas to artificial intelligent,which had been being an obstacle to improvement of cupola melting,hence laying base of increasing foundry productivity and economic benefit by quality melting and sound castings.
