摘要
设计了一种输出电压可调、带二阶曲率补偿的低温度系数带隙基准电路,并基于BCD0.35um TT模型工艺、采用CADENCE软件进行了仿真验证。仿真结果表明,带隙基准电压源在-40℃-135℃温度范围内,电源抑制比(PRSS)在低频下为88.3dB,温度系数仅为2.8×10-6/°C。在3V-6V的电源电压工作范围内,输出电压为0.82V,输出电压摆幅为0.175mV,线性调整率为0.000646%,可用于便携通信设备。
A low temperature coefficient band-gap reference circuit with an adjustable output voltage and 2nd order curvature compensation is presented. The circuit was simulated and verified with the 0.35um technology and TT device models under the Cadence simulation software. The results show that the temperature coefficient is 2.8×10-6/℃ between the temperature range of-40℃-135℃ and the PSSR is the 88.3dB.The band-gap output voltage swing is 0.175mV when the supply voltage range of 3V-6V. The output voltage 0.82 V, it can be used for portable communication products.
