An In-line Cleaning System of the Aluminium Feedstock —The Brushes on Planetary Gears & a High-Pressured Vortex Flowing Unit

针对连续挤压／包覆生产线中现有各种铝杆坯在线清洗系统的不足，提出了一种新的铝杆坯在线清洗系统。这种清洗系统由行星轮刷装置和高压涡流清洗装置所组成，对铝杆坯进行物理清洗和化学清洗。具有清洗速度快、清洗效果好、占地面积小、劳动条件好、投资少等特点。

A new in-line cleaning system of the aluminium feed stock used in the production line of continuous extrusion and cladding is presented.The cleaning system, which consists of brushes based on planetary gears and a high-pressured virtex flowing unit, overcomes the defects of old ones. It acts well on the aluminium feedstock in physical cleaning as well as chemical cleaning. It has many advantages, such as a higher speed and better result in cleaning, less floorspace, less investment. It also offers much better working conditions for workers.
