摘要
布置阻尼片是减少汽车板件振动,降低车内噪声的途径之一。对阻尼布置进行调整和优化,不仅有利于优化整车NVH性能,而且还可以减少车身重量,降低生产成本。本文通过对某车身进行振动性能分析,讨论一种确定阻尼布置位置的方法,并以顶棚阻尼布置为例进行说明。
Damping package is one of the methods to reduce the vibration and noise of the whole vehicle. Adjusting and optimizing the damping package is useful to improve the NVH performance and reduce the cost and weight . In the paper, it puts forward to a method for the vehicle damping package through the vibration analysis. And taking the roof as an example to illuminate method.
