摘要 对AGC系统中的轧机弹性特性问题进行了研究。通过现场安装的数据采集系统采集了大量的实测数据,经过计算机进行滤波处理,去除噪声,实现数据的平滑。用处理过的数据按二段回归模型和一段回归模型分别进行参数重估;从轧制理论方面解释了一段模型的合理性。实验结果表明,一段模型的精度比二段模型精度提高近1个数量级。 A strip mill stretch characteristic in AGC system was studied in this paper. A quantity of real data were collected by a data acquisition system in a factory and pretreated through computer to filter the noise in order to realize data smooth processing. The two-part regression model and the one-part regression model were used to evaluate the parameters in order to find the better curve to describe the mill stretch. The results show that the precision of the one-part model is higher than of the two-part model about one power of ten, and the advantage of the one-part model is explained by rolling theory.
