伊拉克战争是继海湾战争、科索沃战争、阿富汗战争之后又一场信息化条件下的高技术局部战争,情报战贯彻始终。美军充分发挥侦查情报系统的优势,将高技术侦察手段与传统侦察手段高度结合,对战场实施全方位侦察和监控,情报侦察呈现出一些新特点。
