摘要
介绍了实测的矫直前后钢轨外形尺寸(轨头宽度、轨高、钢轨长度)的变化,分析了轨高减少的原因及影响因素,并通过变形模拟试验,提出了轨高减少的变形机理,为优化矫直工艺提供了依据。
The paper introduced the variation of rail size, such as rail head width, rail length and height, which are measured before and after straightening. The causes and influence factors on reducing rail height are analyzed. The deformation mechanism of reducing rail height is put forward based on deformation simulation test. It provided the scientific basis for optimizing straightening process.
