高职高专类《食品安全与检测技术》是食品营养与检测专业的核心课程,本课程在教学过程中,通过有效的提升课程的实践技能培训,使课程的教学内容得到相应的提高,同时采用合理的改革方案,促进教学的综合性和应用性。使其更加适应高职高专类学校的教学发展要求,培养更多高素质的食品安全与检测方面的人才。
Higher Vocational "Food Safety and Inspection Technology" is a food nutrition and detection speciality of core courses, this course in the teaching process, through the effeetive promotion course practice skills training, make the course teaching content increased, while the use of reasonable reform program, promote the teaching of comprehensive and applied.
