一种复方泡沫消毒剂杀菌效果的观察

OBSERVATION ON GERMICIDAL EFFICACY OF A COMPOUND FOAM DISINFECTANT

目的观察一种泡沫消毒剂杀菌效果,为其实际应用提供依据。方法采用载体定量杀菌试验方法,在实验室对该消毒剂杀菌效果进行了检测。结果该泡沫消毒剂原液含过氧化氢35 g/L和季铵盐10 g/L。用该泡沫消毒剂的100倍稀释液作用5 min,对载体上金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌平均杀灭率大于99.9%;用其50倍稀释液作用30 min,对载体上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢平均杀灭率为99.99%。菌悬液内含体积分数25%小牛血清对该泡沫消毒剂杀菌效果有一定影响。结论该泡沫消毒剂在较低浓度下具有良好的杀菌效果,其他消毒相关性能尚需要作进一步评价。

Objective To observe the germicidal efficacy of a foam disinfectant,in order to provide basis for practical application.Methods Carrier quantitative germicidal test was used to detect the germicidal efficacy of the disinfectant in laboratory.Results The foam disinfectant contained 35 g/L hydrogen peroxide and 10 g/L quaternary ammonium salt.The average killing rates of Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,and Candida albicans on carrier exposed to the stock solution of the foam disinfectant which diluted 100 times for 5min was 99.9%.The average killing rates of Bacillus subtilis var.niger spores was 99.99% when exposed to the disinfectant diluted 50 times for 30min.The germicidal efficacy was influenced when the content of organic interferences in bacterial suspension achieved 25%.Conclusion The foam disinfectant has a good germicidal efficacy with low concentration,other relevant disinfecting performance still need further evaluation.
