摘要
目的研究葡萄糖酸氯己定与聚维酮碘联合使用的相容性及其抑菌效果。方法采用棋盘式稀释法,通过杀菌浓度指数来判断葡萄糖酸氯己定和碘伏的相互作用。结果单独葡萄糖酸氯己定对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球的最小抑菌浓度为0.36 mg/L,对铜绿假单胞杆菌和白色念珠菌的最小抑菌浓度分别为2.9 mg/L和为0.75 mg/L。单独聚维酮碘对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞杆菌和白色念珠菌的最小抑菌浓度均为有效碘62.5 mg/L。葡萄糖酸氯己定与聚维酮碘联合使用对上述4种试验菌抑菌浓度指数均为2.0。结论葡萄糖酸氯己定与聚维酮碘联合使用对上述4种试验菌抑菌活性的强弱无关,既不增效,也不产生拮抗。
Objective To evaluate the compatibility and antimicrobial efficacy of chlorhexidine gluconate(CHG) and povidone Iodine(PVP-I)combination.Methods Fractional bactericidal concentration indexes(FBCIs) were calculated by the checkerboard method to determine CHG and PVP-I compatibility.Results The minimal inhibiting concentrations(MIC) of isolated CHG were 0.36 mg/L for Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,2.9 mg/L for Pseualomonan aeruginosa and 0.75 mg/L for Candida albicans.MBCs of isolated PVP-I were 62.5 mg/L(available iodine concentrations)for the four microorganisms.FBCIs of CHG combined with PVP-I were 2 for four microorganisms.Conclusion FBCIs indicate that combining CHG and PVP-I has no negative or positive impact on antisepsis.
