台州市口腔医疗机构医院感染管理现状调查

SURVEY ON STATUS OF NOSOCOMIAL INFECTION MANAGEMENT OF DENTAL INSTITUTIONS IN TAIZHOU

目的了解台州市口腔医疗机构医院感染管理与消毒效果现状。方法采用现场问卷调查及采样检测方法,对台州市50家口腔医疗机构进行了调查。结果台州市多数医疗机构的医院感染控制工作不规范,硬件条件不到位,消毒管理制度不健全。从50家口腔医疗机构共采样600份,消毒与灭菌效果平均总合格率为73.33%。各级口腔医疗机构的压力蒸汽灭菌器检测全部合格,一级医院和基层诊所的无菌物品合格率分别为96.67%和94%;医务人员手卫生和紫外线灯辐射强度合格率普遍较低。结论台州地区口腔医疗机构医院感染和消毒管理不够规范,制度不健全,基层诊所消毒与灭菌质量较差,应加强管理和监督监测力度。

Objective To know nosocomial infection management and the disinfection efficacy in the dental institutions of Taizhou.Methods On-the-spot sampling and questionnaires were used to survey in 50 dental institutions of Taizhou.Results Nosocomial infection management in many dental institutions was not standardized in Taizhou.Hardware and disinfection management system were not perfect.600 samples were examined from 50 dental institutions.The total average qualified rate of disinfection efficacy was 73.33%.The qualified rate of steam sterilizer was 100%.The qualified rate of aseptic supplies of the first-grade dental institutions and basic dental institutions was 96.67% and 94% respectively.The qualified rate of medical staff′s hands and UV light were low.Conclusion Nosocomial infection management in dental institutions was not standardized in taizhou,disinfection management system was not perfect.The disinfection quality of basic dental institutions was bad,we should strengthen disinfection management and increased supervision.
