摘要
根据炼铁技术最新发展,提出了综合各种炼铁过程(如高炉、非高炉以及各种熔融还原工艺)的热平衡新的表示方法在此基础上,以RIST操作线为基本思路,建立了新的炼铁过程操作线图(IPD,ironmaking process diagram).这一新线图可以直观并形象地分析各种炼铁过程的物质转移过程和能耗,有助于冶金工作者分析和选择各种炼铁过程。
Since a lot of new ironmaking processes emerged, a new description was put forward to explain the heat balance of every kind of ironmaking process, e.g., blast furnace ironmaking, iron ore direction reduction, and smelting reduction. Based on this new description for the heat balances and following the RIST's idea, a new diagram for analyzing ironmaking processes (IPD, ironmaking process diagram)was established. This new diagram will describe very briefly and clearly the mass and heat balances for every kind of ironmaking process. It is very helpful for metallurgical engineers and steelworkers to analyze and chose a ironmaking process.
