Tolerance Design vs Manufacturing Cost

并行工程要求在进行产品设计的同时 ,就要考虑其制造加工过程的可行性与成本问题。对设计公差与制造成本的关系进行建模 ,无疑是进行公差优化中的基础工作。本文分析了公差—成本曲线的特征及意义 ,对传统的曲线拟合方法进行了分析比较 ,提出了对设计公差与制造成本关系的建模方法。

s:[WT5”BZ]The optimization of tolerance design, concerning minimizing cost as its target, serves significantly in product design. In all the items of the total cost, the manufacturing cost is the most direct and necessary one. Therefore, to estimate the manufacturing cost is a prime problem in modeling the relationship of tolerance and cost. In this paper, a method to model the relationship of tolerance and manufacturing cost is developed based on the analysis and comparison of the traditional models. Examples to illustrate the method and its neccessity and rationality is presented. [WT5”HZ]
