摘要
介绍一种用于分析纳米级微切削过程的分子动力学新方法。通过分子动力学分析 ,可以从原子观点上很好地解释切屑和表面生成的过程。最小切削厚度是决定加工精度的重要因素之一 ,在特定的切削条件下 。
s: The method is presented on the molecular dynamics (MD) analysis of nanometric micro cutting process. Based on the analysis, the microprocess of chip and surface generation can be well understood from atomistic point of view, the minimum thickness of cut is one of the most important factors to determine the machining accuracy, in a specific cutting condition, the extreme accuracy attainable can reach to nanometric level.
