Self-protection of EXB841 and the adjustment of Drive Voltage

摘要 分析指出了EXB84 1自身可能出现过热、过流的几种场合 ,给出了对EXB84 1自身进行保护的措施 ;另外 ,还给出了一种可对IGBT的驱动电压进行幅值调整的电路。 The paper points out by means of analysis several occasions that it is possible for EXB841 to produce overheat and overcurrent,and gives several self protection methods for EXB841;Furthermore,a circuit that can adjust drive voltage value for IGBT has been presented.
