According to the existing problems in the development process of China＇s private equity investment,the paper puts forward policy recommendations to accelerate the development of private equity investment in China.For example,we should improve the development policies of private equity investment,establish and improve laws and regulations of the private equity investment,improve the capital market,regulate the private equity investment intermediaries,train the personnel of private equity investment,and strengthen the supervision of private equity investment.
