摘要
采用金相和扫描电镜分析研究了锑、镁在铝硅合金中的存在形式和变质机制。结果表明,锑、镁在铝硅合金熔体中主要以Mg_3Sb_2的形式存在,在凝固过程中,Mg_3Sb_2作为共晶硅的异质核心,促进共晶硅相的形核,从而达到了变质的目的。
Modification mechanism and existing form of Sb and Mg in Al-Si alloy were studied by using optical microscope and scanning electron microscope. The results showed that Sb and Mg exist as the form of Mg_3Sb_2 Mg_3Sb_2 as heterogeneous nucleation of eutectic silicon promotes nucleation of eutectic silicon and hence realize the modification aim during solidification process.
