摘要
主要考察引发剂CHP用量对ABS树脂的各种性能的影响。采用乳液聚合技术,以CHP为引发剂合成了一系列PB-g-SAN接枝共聚物,并与SAN树脂进行共混,制得了ABS树脂。结果表明,CHP的加入量对熔融指数和冲击强度影响较大,对拉伸强度影响不大。当CHP质量分数为0.21时,ABS性能最佳。
The effects of the content of CHP on the proterty of ABS resins were examined,and a series of PB-g-SAN graft copolymer was synthesized by emulsion graft copolymerization,using CHP as the initiating agent.The results showed that the addition content of CHP had influence on both the melt index and impact strength of ABS resin,but had no influence on the tensile strength.When the content of CHP was 0.21,the opitmal comprehensive porperty of ABS resin was observed.
