摘要
通过对丙烯市场供需状况的分析,提出2012年丙烯的采购策略,并根据采购策略,制定明细的采购方案,预期在稳定70%～80%丙烯供货渠道的前提下,获得比较好的采购收益。
Based on the analysis of the market supply and demand of propylene,the company procurement strategy of propylene is presented in 2012,and according to the purchasing strategy,formulate detailed purchase plan,expected in stable 70~80% propylene supply channels under the premise,through the game market,obtained better annual purchase returns of propylene.
