摘要
压裂液的返排速度和返排率是影响压裂增产效果的重要因素。本文介绍的压裂液智能返排系统通过对压裂返排液的压力、流量的测量,得到放喷过程中不同时间段压裂液的压力值与流量值,来控制阀门开度,连续调节油嘴的大小,达到压裂液返排智能监测与控制的目的,提高油井的压裂效果。
The fracturing fluid flowback speed and flowback rate are important factors influencing the effect of fracture stimulation.The smart flowback.system of fracturing fluid introduced in the paper can achieve intelligent monotoring and control of fracturing fluid flowback and improve fracture effect of the oil wells by measuring the pressure and flow rate of fracture flowback fluid to get the pressure value at different time period in blowout and control valve opening and continuous adjustment of nozzle tip size.
