轧钢加热过程的节能

摘要 从轧钢加热炉炉体及设备的节能、余热余能高效回收利用、合理科学组织生产、优化加热工艺及操作方式、蓄热式燃烧技术及步进式加热炉的应用五个方面介绍了轧钢加热过程的节能方法和具体措施,探讨了轧钢加热过程节能技术的主要发展方向。指出强化炉内辐射换热、做好炉内纵横水管绝热、强化余热回收、适当延长加热炉炉体、合理进行生产调度、优化钢坯出炉目标温度的加热工艺曲线、合理选用蓄热式燃烧技术和步进式加热装置有利于实现加热过程的节能降耗。 The author introduces energy saving methods and specific measures in the heating process of rolling mill from perspectives of furnace and its equipment energy saving,high efficient recovery and utilization of waste heat and energy, rational and scientific production organization,heating process and operation manner optimization,regenerative combustion technique and stepping furnace application,and discusses main development orientation of energy saving technique in rolling as well.It is also pointed out that the energy saving and emission reduction can be realized easily by enhancing radiative heat transfer in furnace,improving good heat insulation of longitudinal and traverse pipes,strengthening waste heat recovery,properly scheduling production, optimizing the heating curve of billet discharge aimed temperature and reasonably selecting regenerative combustion technique and stepping heating facilities.
