摘要
天津天铁炼焦化工有限公司动力车间为实现节能减排、降本增效目的,通过采取对污水回用系统改造、锅炉除尘水系统改造和除盐水站酸碱中和废水回收再利用改造等措施,实现了动力区域水系统的循环再利用,为公司节约新水用量约130t/h,达到了减少污水外排量和节约生产、生活新水用量的效果,并带来了显著的经济效益和社会效益。
In order to achieve the goal of energy saving and emission reducing,and to lower cost and improve efficiency, the power supply area of Tianjin Tiantie Coking and Chemical Co.,Ltd took improvement measures for sewage recovery system,the water system of boiler dedusting,and the neutralization and water recirculation system of desalted waterstation to achieve the recirculation and recovery of water system in power supply area.Waste water discharge was reduced and industry and running water saved by 130 t/h, bringing obvious economic and social effect.
