摘要 测试作业中一般用柴油作为液垫来造成诱流负压。原有的胶皮管灌柴油液垫的方法存在作业时效低、环保风险大等不足。通过在长期作业过程中不断摸索,总结探索出了用固井泵灌柴油液垫的新方式,提高了作业时效,很大程度上降低了海上探井测试作业的成本。该技术的应用降低了海上测试作业过程中灌柴油液垫过程中的环保风险。 Diesel is generally used as liquid cushion in test operations to cause negative pressure for induced flow.The original method of using flexible hose to fill diesel as liquid cushion has the disadvantages of low time effect and big environmental risk,etc.During the long process of study,the new method of using cementing pump to fill diesel as liquid cushion is sum up and explored,which improves the time effect in operation and decreases the cost of offshore exploration well test operation to a great extent.Meanwhile,the technology greatly reduces the environmental risk during the filling process of diesel as liquid cushion in offshore test operation.
