摘要
采用六西格玛(6σ)实验设计,研究负极配方对LR6电池1 200 mA恒流连放性能的影响。当锌膏质量为6.1 g、锌碱质量比为63∶36、润湿碱质量为1.45 g时,电池的放电性能最好,室温下1 200 mA恒流连放负极容量达到1 159.3 mAh,活性物质的利用率达到37.1%。
Effect of negative electrode formula to the performance of 1 200 mA galvanostatic continuous discharge of LR6 battery was studied by the design of 6a experiment. When the mass of zinc gel was 6.1 g, the mass ratio of zinc powder and electrolyte was 63 : 36, the mass of wetting electrolyte was 1.45 g, the discharge performance of the battery was best. The discharge capacity of the negative electrode was 1 159.3 mAh, the utilization ratio of active material was up to 37.1%.
