摘要 在分析国内外通用规范现状的基础上,针对国内元器件生产现状以及宇航用户的需求,分析并提出了我国宇航用元器件通用规范的设计思路:包括与现有国军标的关系、质量等级设定、设计与应用说明、认证以及用户方控制要求等顶层考虑,以及鉴定与维持、生产过程控制等具体的要求;并以单片半导体集成电路为例,对通用规范的设计思路进行了详细的阐述。 By analyzing the status of general specifications in China and abroad,the design concepts of the national general specifications of aerospace component are presented based on the status of the production of components and the requirements of the aerospace component users,including the top level considerations such as the relationship with the existing military standards,setting of quality grade,design and application notes,certification and control requirements for users,and specific requirements for qualification and maintenance and production process control.Finally,with the monolithic semiconductor integrated circuit as an example,the design concept of the general specifications is discussed in detailed.
