摘要
本文研究了水平旋转磁场对PbSnSb三元合金凝固结晶的影响。实验结果表明:旋转磁场不仅能显著改善合金的比重偏析,还能细化晶粒,提高性能,是很有发展潜力的铸造新工艺。
The effect of horizontal Roating Magnetic Field(RMF) on solidification and crystallization processing of Pb Sn Sb ternary alloys is studied in this paper.The Experimental results show that gravity segregation of Pb Sn Sb ternary alloys can be obviously improved and grains structurecan be refined by RMF.So the Mechanical properties can be improved.Therefore RMF is a new casting workmanship which has great potential in development.
