摘要
本文在研究85Cr2Mn2Mo钢的组织遗传的基础上,着重研究了该钢组织遗传的消除,文中采用三次高温回火工艺,使85Cr2Mn2Mo钢的粗大的非平衡组织发生充分的再结晶,有效地细化了奥氏体晶粒,切断了组织遗传。
Eliminating the structure heredity of 85Cr 2Mn 2Mo steel was emphatically investigated in the paper basing on the study of structure heredity of the steel. By means of three times procssing at high temperature tempering,the coarse nonequilibrium structure of 85Cr 2Mn 2Mo steel recrystallizes absolutly ,the austenite grain was effectively refined and structure heredity was cut.
