油用玫瑰国内外发展现状和研究进展

Domestic-overseas Current Situation and Research Progress of Oil-bearing Rose

概述了世界油用玫瑰的品种、起源、分布和应用,对比分析了油用玫瑰在保加利亚、土耳其、伊朗、摩洛哥、印度等玫瑰精油主产国及我国主要玫瑰产地的生产现状。综述了油用玫瑰在资源多样性、玫瑰油的提取、成分以及影响因素、玫瑰果、玫瑰水、玫瑰色素等其他方面的研究进展。最后指出我国玫瑰产业和研究存在的问题,并对我国玫瑰产业的发展作一展望。

In this article, the varieties, origins, distributions and applications of oil bearing roses in the world were summa rized firstly, then comparison and analysis of current situation of oil-bearing rose induslry were made between the main rose oil producing countries as Bulgaria, Turkey, Iran, Morocco, India and the main planting areas of China. Research progress on re source genetic diversity, rose oil extraction, composition and influencing factors, and other researches as rose hips, rose water and rose pigment were overviewed. At last, problems in rose industry and research in China were indicated and developments in the future were expected.
