单辐板轮心裂纹分析及工艺对策

Analysis and Process Solutions of Cracks in the Single Plate Wheel Center

摘要 本文分析了单辐板轮心的裂纹特征,探讨了其形成过程,找出了产生的原因,制订了工艺措施,通过一段时间的生产验证,取得了良好的效果。 The causes on the crack in the single plate wheel center are analysised in detail in this paper. The rule for crack forming is understood properly and the process solutions are worked out. Through a period of producing , the effect is very obviously.
