摘要
针对被测产品蜜胺纸板,基于差动测距理论开展蜜胺纸板测厚系统设计研制工作。提出了一套非接触式在线测厚系统的设计与实现方案,阐述了该系统的基本组成,介绍了输送装置、检测装置等的结构。制作样机并在工厂进行实际测试应用,证实系统的精度与可靠性等满足工厂的实际需求。
In view of the product to be tested for melamine board,based on location theory to carry out the melamine board thickness measurement system design and development.Put forward a noncontact online thickness measurement system design and implementation of the program,described the basic structure of the system,introduced the conveying device,detection device structure.The prototype is carried out,actual test application in the factory confirms that the system precision and reliability can meet the actual demand of factories.
