摘要
为满足陶瓷砖机械化包装需求,设计了瓷砖自动包装线防掉砖快速上砖机构,构建了该机构的虚拟样机模型,并用AD AMS对样机进行了优化设计和动力学仿真分析,分析测试表明,所设计的上砖机构满足上砖平稳性和高效率等工况要求,目前已经投入使用,效果良好。
The structure of the loading mechanism of the automatic ceramic tile packaging line have designed,then built its virtual prototype for optimize the structure and verify the correctness of the design.Then the kinematics simulation analysis of the virtual prototype have done.As the results show,this design meet the performance requirements.At present it have already been put into use,and the result is good.
