摘要
为了满足城市化进程的快速发展和新农村建设的发展要求,"十二五"期间南方电网公司将投入巨额资金和人力物力重点建设安全可靠智能的电网。在目前的电网建设中,由于前期工作、物资管理、设计深度、施工力量等各方面不足,导致电网建设滞后。通过分析电网建设进展缓慢的原因,提出加快工程项目进度的几点建议,为电网建设提供依据。
In order to meet the rapid development of the city and the development of new countryside construction requirements,the ＂Twelfth Five-Year＂ period of China Southern Power Grid Company will invest huge amounts of funds and manpower material resources focusing on the construction of safe and reliable intelligent grid.In the current power grid construction,due to previous work,material management,design depth,construction and other aspects the depth of power is insufficient,the power grid construction is lagging behind.In this paper,through the analysis of the power grid construction progress slow reasons,put forward several suggestions to accelerate the progress of the project.
