摘要
设计采用北京KND公司生产的K1000M4D-II数控系统,该系统具有PMC轴功能,可用于控制伺服刀库、伺服刀塔、交换工作台、分度工作台和其他外围装置等。以PMC轴作速度控制为例,阐述PMC轴的基本概念、PMC轴的本质、PMC轴的数据处理过程及指令执行时序,然后通过实例的应用说明PMC轴控制程序的设计和编写方法。
The design adopts the K1000M4D-11 NC system which is made in Beijing KND Company.The system has the functions of PMC axis and can be used in servo magzine tool,servo turret,exchange table,index table and many other peripheral devices.The paper takes the speed control of PMC axis for example to explain and throw light on the basic concepts,essence,process of data dealing and instruction execution sequence of PMC axis.Finally,with the application of real example,the design and writing methods of PMC axis are described.
