摘要
研究了组成接近于一般硼锆釉熔块的熔制和热处理中锆的溶析规律及其与工艺的关联。确定了1290—1410℃范围内锆英石和ZrO_2溶解度与温度的关系和溶解动力学,以及在750—1230℃温度下热处理后的析晶程序、析出相组成和锆英石、斜锆石析晶最大值的温度。指出了锆英石析晶温度、晶粒形貌和大小对釉烧时的粘度、流散性和乳浊作用的综合影响,为寻找具有良好乳浊效果和流散性能的最适宜组成及工艺制度提供了依据。
The melting and crystallization behaviour of zirconium in frit of sirconic opaque glaze during melting and heat treatment are studied and their significance in processing is discussed. The solubilities of zircon and zirconia versus temperatures and their melting kinetics in the range from 1290℃ to 1410℃ are determined. The crystallization procedure, the crystalline phase composition and the crystallization temperatures of ZrSiO_4 and monoclinic-ZrO_2 during heat treatment in the range from 750℃ to 1230℃ are also determined. It is elucidated that the crystallization temperature of ZrSiO_4 and its grain sige and morphology have great effects on the viscosity, opacity, and spreading behaviour of the glaze. Based on this study, appropriate glaze composition and process control for desirable spreading property and opacity can be developed.
