摘要
随着我国经济社会发展以及《中国招标投标法》等法律法规的实施，招标代理机构如雨后春笋般在全国各地开展招标代理活动，一方面为我国经济发展做出了一定的贡献，另一方面招标代理机构在发展过程中也产生了诸多问题，这些问题将直接影响招标代理机构的可持续发展，本文将分析招标代理行业发展的现状，并对其可持续发展提出相应对策与建议。
With the development of China＇s economic and social as well as the implementation of ＂China Bidding Law＂ and other related laws and regulations, the tendering agency mushroomed across the country with the tender agent, on the one hand, to make a certain contribution to China＇s economic development, on the other tender agencies produced many problems in the development process. These problems will directly affect the sustainable development of the bidding agency; the paper will analyze the development status of the tender agent industry, corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the sustainable development of the tendering agency.
