废氯处理工艺改进总结

Summary on improvement in treatment process of waste chlorine

针对10万t/a烧碱的废氯处理工艺存在的无法完全吸收废氯的缺点,提出30万t/a烧碱配套废氯处理工艺。针对该工艺存在的处理能力不足的缺点,提出加装阀门,保证废氯气能够完全吸收处理。

In view of the fault that waste chlorine could not be absorbed fully in the waste chlorine treating process associated with 10 kt/a caustic soda, a waste chlorine treating process associated with 300 kt/a caustic soda was proposed. Adding valves were put forward to overcome the fault of deficient treating capacity in the former and to ensure that all of waste chlorine was absorbed completely.
