摘要
针对原液氯包装蒸发器工艺存在安全隐患的缺点,将包装工艺改为液下泵工艺。但液下泵工艺存在压力不足的缺点,采用仪表气源对液氯储罐加压,代替通过加热蒸发器对液氯储罐加压,既能消除安全隐患,又能节水、节汽,达到安全环保节能的目的。
In view of the fault of existing potential safety hazard, the old evaporator process for liquid chlorine packaging was replaced by submerged pump process. But the submerged pump process existed the problem of insufficient pressure. Instrument air was adopted to pressurize the liquid chlorine tank toreplace the original method of heating evaporator, thus eliminating potential safety hazard, saving water and steam, reaching the aim of safety, energy saving and environmental protection.
