摘要
采用高效液相色谱法分析双胍三辛烷基苯磺酸盐40％可湿性粉剂含量，此方法利用双胍辛胺的苯磺酸盐、乙酸盐在酸性条件下水解，分析双胍辛胺含量，通过折算定量分析。这种方法用普通ODS或C18柱、紫外检测器、在波长205nm进行分析，具有较宽的线性范围0．0770～1．0326g／L，回收率为98．12-101．09％，标准偏差为0．17，变异系数RSD为0．43％，并且实验数据符合CIPAC《确认农药制剂分析方法准则》的要求。
A HPLC method for the determination of iminoctadine tris 40% WP using ODS column, UV detector with 205rim wave length was described, The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient was good in wide range of 0.077-1.033 g/L, the standard deviations was 0.17, the variation coefficient was 0.43 %, the recoveries were 98.1-101.1%.
