动车组车载检测设备计量保证方案建议

动车组车载检测设备用于动车组运行过程中主要参数的检测或监测,在这些设备中,有些设备因不能拆卸而无法进行量值溯源。为此,提出用计量保证的方式来确认其计量性能及量值的准确性,为列车安全运行提供技术支持。

The on-board inspection equipment in EMU is used to inspect or monitor the key parameters during the operation of EMU. The value traceability of some of the on-board inspection equipment is not possible because they could not be dismantled. Therefore, the author suggests that the measurement guarantee could be used to confirm their measurement performance and the value accuracy, in order to supply technical support on the safe operation of trains.
