摘要
目的 探讨栓线法大鼠局灶性脑缺血动物模型的使用价值。方法 采用颈内动脉栓线阻塞大脑中动脉制备脑梗塞模型 ,并观察了局灶性脑缺血后脑组织的多种改变。结果 栓线前端经多聚赖氨酸处理后 ,经大鼠颈内动脉插入 ,栓塞大脑中动脉 ,成功率达 90 % ,模型规定的各项指标符合临床脑梗塞的病理生理过程。结论 该方法简便易行 ,对动物损伤小 ,重复性好 ,可为脑缺血发病机制研究及临床脑中风的治疗研究提供一种有效手段。
Objective To providea simple and practical animal model of focal cerebral ischemia in rats and explore its value.Methods The middle cerebral artery was embolismed by a thread which was processed with polylysine before being inserted into the internal carotid artery.Results The rate of success is 90%.All the indexes meet the pathophysiological course of clinical cerebral embolism.Conclusion The model is simple and easy to make with less injury to the animal,with good repetition and stability.It can supply an effective measure for the research on the mechanism of incidence of cerebral ischemia and clinical therapeutics.
