介绍了工业硅的用途、冶炼原理、生产工艺和配料计算,着重阐述了采用精料入炉、合理的炉型参数、节能型炉衬及科学的工艺等行之有效的节能减排措施,在实际生产中具有指导意义。
This paper emphatically explained effective energy conservation and emission reduction measure with heneficiated burden material added into furnace, reasonable furnace profile parameter, energy efficient brasque and scientific technology etc. according to introduce the usage, smelting principle, productive technology and batch feeder calculation of industrial silicon.
