摘要
简要回顾了我国硅钙合金开发生产的历史过程,特别提到"分层加料法"工艺的创新,为中国硅钙合金的发展做出了贡献,文章对硅钙电炉的大型化提供了定性的理论依据,并提出中国硅钙电炉大型化应走建新炉和利用现有的大型硅铁电炉转炼硅钙合金的可行路线。
This paper brief reviewed the history process of CaSi develop and production in our country, making a special mention of "layering charging" and the history contribution for the development of China's calcium silicon, it provided qualitative theoretical bases on large scale of electric furnace of CaSi, putting forward two feasible route of large scale of electric furnace which were new furnace construction and turning to refine CaSi from existing large-scale ferrosilicon furnace.
