摘要
简要分析了镍铁生产中渣型对镍铁生产的影响及炉温对炉渣中磷的物理、化学变化的影响,通过计算分析了如何降低镍铁中磷的含量。认为磷含量低的炉料和合适炉温及炉渣碱度是控制镍铁磷含量的关键因素。
It brief analyses the influence of ferronickel production by slag type in process and the influence of physics and chemical change from phosphorus in slag, and how to reduce phosphorus content in ferroniekel through calculation. The relational factors to control phosphorus content in ferronickel are furnace burden with low Phosphorus content, suitable furnace temperature and slag alkalinity.
