摘要
阐述了一套4×30 MVA锰硅矿热炉炉群高温含尘含CO烟气发电综合利用的工艺技术方案,即埋弧冶炼产生的烟气直接进入锅炉中燃烧,产生的中温中压蒸汽送到汽轮机推动透平带动发电机进行发电,同时锅炉排出的烟气用于干燥原料。
Proposed a technical scheme that comprehensive utilization of flue gas cogeneration from 4×30 MVA silicon manganese furnace with high temperature and dust and CO inside. Namely, the flue gas from submerged arc furnace is directly sent to boiler to burn, moderate temperature and middle pressure steam is produced and sent to turbine, so as to drive the generator to generate electricity, meanwhile, the flue gas expelled from boiler is used to dry materials.
