药物流产前后B超监测的临床价值

Clinical value of B type ultrasonic wave monitoring before and after drug abortion

目的 :为探讨药物流产 B超监测的临床价值 ,方法 :对 5 2 6例接受药物流产者 ,在药物流产前后均进行 B超监测。结果 :药物流产前 ,B超监测能确定是否妊娠、妊娠部位及孕囊大小 ;药物流产后 ,B超监测可判定药物流产效果、确定宫内有无残留物。结论 :B超监测对确定宫内妊娠 ,判断孕龄 ,对实施药物流产者采取正确及时的处理方法 ,降低药物流产的副作用及严重并发症有重要的临床价值。

Objective 526 durg abortion cases have been monitored with B type ultrasonic wave before and after drug abortion so as to probe into the clinical value of it.Results Pregancy vesicle can be found out through B type ultrasonic wave detection before drug abortion;the result and whether there are any remains in the uterus can be shown through B type ultrasonic wave detection after drug abortion.Conclusion B type ultrasonic wave monitoring has great clinical value as to making sure of pregnancy within the uterus,judging the pregnant length,guiding drug abortion so that it can be dealt with properly and on time and lowering the side effect and serious complications of it.
