To explore the construction of remote command system for health supervision and emergency disposal. Through the development of information system, data exchange platform and database, a variety of comprehensive information was integrated for the remote command of emergency disposal. The information system was composed of remote and real time command and remote video meeting, as well functions resulting as other functions.
