摘要
为做好国家食品药品监督管理局关于开展小餐饮食品安全整规试点工作的要求,探讨和总结小餐饮整规的可借鉴经验。2011年,北京市卫生局以6个区县为整规试点,并对影响无证经营小餐饮的主要形成原因及分布特点,提出了有针对性的意见及建议,为今后在小餐饮治理中提供数据。
In order to implement the trail work of small restaurants rectification in accordance with the requirements of State Food and Drug Administration, study and summary small restaurants management experiences. In 2011, The Bureau of Public Health in Beijing took 6 counties as the experimental units, concluded main formation reasons and distribution characteristics. The authors put forward suggestions and PrOvided data and information in the small restaurants' management afterwards.
