武汉市美容院现状调查及监管对策

目的为了规范武汉市美容院经营卫生秩序和化妆品的使用状况,维护广大消费者的权益和健康。方法按照随机分层抽样原则,对武汉市美容院的卫生状况和化妆品使用状况进行专项监督检查,采用现场检查,填写调查表格的方法对美容院进行检查。结果通过专项检查发现武汉市美容院的总体情况趋向良好,其中大型美容院在机构资质、人员资质、使用产品情况和管理制度等方面的合格率较高,小型美容院相对较差。结论经过5个月的集中专项整治,已经取得阶段性的成果,这次专项整治检查了美容院共284户,检查了美容院的机构资质、人员资质、使用产品情况、管理制度和不良反应制度等5个方面。此次活动进一步整顿和规范了美容院的制度和化妆品使用状况,维护了广大消费者的权益和健康,为将来美容院的监督管理工作打下了良好的基础。

Objective To improve and regulate the hygiene and the cosmetics use in all Wuhan beauty salons, protect the fights and interests of customers. Method In accordance with the principles of randomization and stratification, a specific supervision for the hygiene and cosmetics use in Wuhan beauty salons, site inspection, survey and survey form were combined to understand the present condition. Results The specific supervision indicated that all Wuhan beauty salons were generally in good condition, among them, the qualification rate of large-scale beauty salons is high in every aspect, such as institutional qualification, staff qualification, cosmetics use, management system etc. but the small-scale beauty salons were relatively worse. Conclusion With 5 months of specific supervision, good results were obtained, 284 beauty salons were inspected for their institutional qualification, staff qualification, cosmetics use, management system and adverse reaction management. This activity regulated the management system of the salons, improved the condition of cosmetics using, protected the fights and interests of customers, made a good foundation for future supervision and management of beauty salons.
