摘要
首先从产业经济学的角度提出了区域信息产业发展环境指数测度模型,该模型以定性与定量指标构成的指标体系为依据,运用层次分析法确定指标的权重;再用模糊综合评价法测算重庆市信息产业发展环境指数;最后据此指数加以分析并给出建议。
The assessment model of development environment index in regional information industry was constructed based on the industrial economics theory.This model set the weight of the indexes with AHP（Analytic Hierarchy Process） based on qualitative and quantitative indexes system,and with fuzzy synthetic evaluation,Chongqing＇s development environment index in information industry was carried out.Finally,several suggestions were put forward on the basis of the index.
