血必净对蝮蛇咬伤后心肌损伤患者的保护作用 被引量:8

Protective effect of Xuebijing injection on myocardiac injury in Agkistrodon Halys snakebite patients

摘要 目的:观察血必净注射液对蝮蛇咬伤患者血清心肌酶值的影响,探讨其对心肌的保护作用。方法:64例蝮蛇咬伤后心肌酶值增高的患者,按照治疗方法的不同,分为观察组32例,对照组32例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组除常规治疗外,予血必净注射液50ml静脉滴注1次/d,疗程7d。分别于治疗前及治疗后第1、4、7天晨采静脉血,测定血清心肌酶值,包括门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)和肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB),并进行对比。结果:治疗前和治疗后第1天,2组结果差异无统计学意义;第4天观察组血清AST、LDH、CK、CK-MB水平明显低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义;第7天观察组有8例个别心肌酶值未恢复正常,而对照组有17例,差异有统计学意义。结论:蝮蛇咬伤患者应用血必净注射液对心肌损伤的恢复有积极作用。 Objective:To Observe Xuebijing's impact on the level of patient's serum myocardial zymogram and study on its protection fo r myocardium.Method:64 patients with increase in serum myocardial zymogram level after Agkistrodon Halys snakebite are divided,according to distinct treatments,into observation group and control group,with each group of 32 subjects.Control group is tended with conventional treatment and observation group is given Xuebijing Intravenous drop infusion of 50 ml per day for a period of 7 days besides conventional treatment.To Extract Intravenous blood during the 1 st,4 th,and 7 th day after and before the treatment in order to measure the level of serum myocardial zymogram,including AST,LDH,CK and CK-MB to make comparison between the two results.Result:There is no conspicuous distinction between the results within each group during the 1st day before and after the treatment.On the 4th day after treatment,the level of AST,LDH,CK and CK-MB in blood serum in observation group is substantially lower than that in control group,indicating a statistical difference.Serum myocardial zymogram level of 8 subjects in observation group is back to normal while that of 17 subjects is back to normal in control group on 7 th day after treatment,exhibiting a statistical significance difference.Conclusion:Xuebijing injection has positive impact on the recovery of Agkistrodon Halys snakebite patients.
